Description: Spring is on the horizon with longer days, warmer temperatures and snow beginning to melt. We get to work bringing snow into the high tunnel to provide moisture to the garden rows this spring. The bees are still in great shape and should have enough food stores left for the remaining winter. We head indoors and work on processing our garlic, pickling a batch of eggs and show you how to make soft, fluffy dinner rolls. Then it's finally time to start our annual vegetable and flower seeds.
